You will join the HR Digital and Analytics Team in OPmobility headquarters in Levallois-Perret. You will report to the HR Digital Manager.

In this role, you will support the HR department in a range of activities, including data analysis, report generation, process improvement, data quality and automation projects.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals, gaining valuable insights and skills in the field of human resources.

Key responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and patterns
• Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and performance
• Develop and apply data quality measurements and controls
• Assist in developing and implementing HR automated dashboards
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerBI
• Very good level in English and French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit and collaboration
