Mission Overview:
As part of the Global HR Digital & Analytics team, the apprentice will contribute to the operational excellence of our HR digital platforms/solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors) by providing Level 1 support, ensuring data quality, and coordinating digital initiatives related to master data and referential integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Support

Respond to user requests and incidents related to HR digital tools (EMEA regional level).

Escalate complex issues to regional or global support teams.

Document recurring issues and contribute to FAQ or knowledge base updates.

Support the implementation of annual HR processes accross EMEA (Performance Review, Development Review, People Review, etc.)

Review, maintain and optimize dropdown lists and referential values (e.g., job titles, locations, cost centers).

Collaborate with HR Digital & Analytics team to ensure clean data at the source
Change Management & Communication (EMEA scope)

Support the preparation and deployment of change management plans for HR digital initiatives across the EMEA region

Contribute to the creation of communication materials (PowerPoint presentations, toolkits, user guides, announcements) to support new processes deployed across the Region

Contribute to the collection and consolidation of feedback from end-users to improve adoption and address resistance
Profile:

Student in HRIS, Digital HR, Data Management, or related field. Ideally, you have had a successful first experience in this field.

Strong interest in HR technologies and data.

Excellent knowledge of data bases and data analysis tools (Excel…)

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Fluent in French and English.
