We are looking for an internal communication apprentice (or in alternance) for our C-Power Business Group. You will report to the internal communication coordinator of the Business Group and will be part of the Marketing/Communication department. 

In your role, you will be able to test your knowledge of internal communication in practice, and work hands-on producing materials for our various communication channels: Intranet, internal magazine, social media, webcasts, etc. You will be involved in the definition and deployment of various communication plans, campaigns, and projects related to Human Resources. In this role, you will gain valuable experience of working with internal communications and Human Resources working in a growing, fast paced international environment. 

 

MAIN MISSIONS: 

INTRANET: 

  • Monthly tracking of intranet audiences (Google Analytics) 
  • Support with updating Business Group editorial calendar 
  • Writing and editing content (in English and French) 
  • Both Intranet and project spaces are SharePoint-based. 

 

EVENT SUPPORT: 

  • Supporting the organization of internal events, including the annual global event dedicated to CSR, “Act for All Day” 
  • Developing new internal events: webcasts, conferences 

 

COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGNS AND PLANS: 

  • Preparing communication support for various communication campaigns: videos, posters, presentations, articles, etc. 
  • Reporting: measuring and follow-up of campaigns 

  

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY: 

  • Support follow-up, reporting and communication about actions related to the Employee Engagement Survey 

 

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • You are in the process of completing a master’s degree in communication/ business administration (majoring in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent) 
  • Preferably, you have had a first experience (trainee/internship) in a Communication or Training/HR department, in a company or a communication agency 
  • You are reliable, flexible, autonomous and have good interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent language skills in English and French (written and spoken) 
  • You master the Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, and excel, and you have a “Web 2.0” culture. Microsoft Sharepoint, Canva. PhotoShop, Illustrator, Indesign, and video editing (Final cut or Adobe Premier Pro) is a plus. 
  • You are curious and willing to learn about the automotive industry, interested in technology and future cities/mobility.
