Position Purpose & Context
As a key member of the C-Power Learning team based in Levallois, Paris, you will play a vital role in enhancing and enriching the training activities across the Business Group. Your mission will revolve around three core areas: managing our Learning Management System (LMS), developing training programs for our internal university, and driving the digital transformation of learning.

 

Key Responsibilities
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Train site teams on how to use the LMS and introduce them to new features.
- Provide ongoing support to training managers across sites to ensure effective LMS usage.
- Collaborate with the Group and other OPmobility Business Units to validate and implement new LMS functionalities.
- Generate and analyze training activity reports to support continuous improvement.

Training Design & Development
- Create and update engaging training materials (PowerPoint presentations, videos, learning capsules, etc.).
- Support subject matter experts in designing effective and pedagogically sound training content.

Digital Learning Transformation
- Lead the rollout of virtual reality training programs across sites.
- Assist HR teams and trainers in deploying virtual classrooms and digital attendance tracking systems.

 

Profile

- Strong Communication & Collaboration: Able to train and support teams, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and simplify complex tools like LMS platforms.
- Digital Learning Expertise: Experience or interest in virtual reality training, digital classrooms, and e-learning tools.
- Instructional Design Skills: Capable of creating and updating engaging training materials using various formats (e.g., PPT, video, microlearning).
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable with reporting, data accuracy, and validating new LMS features.
- Relevant Education & Certifications: Must be enrolled in a Master's degree in Education Technology, HR, or related fields; certifications in learning and development are a plus.
