The role of Assembly Engineer in based in our Exterior Business Group in Lozorno. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and the setting up in plant of the different assembly means (manual station, automatic)
• Define with the manufacturing engineer the specifications for the request of the machines
• Assist the purchase department during the request phase, analyze with the suppliers the technical proposals and optimizations,
• Prepare a technical synthesis for the choice of supplier
• Responsible of the technical follow up and validation of the means when the supplier is chosen (design follow up and validation, built follow up and validation)  
• Organize the setting up and final tuning in plant, check the technical folder and organizes the training of people in the plant
• Define the best practices and "lessons learned" at the end of project

Requirements:

• University degree in technical field
• At least two years of experience on similar position 
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly) and process flow
• Slovak/Czech language - advanced, English - intermediate
• Team player, effective leadership skills
• Self-determined in approach to tasks
• Systematic and disciplined approach to activities
