CAD ENGINEER – LOZORNO, SLOVAKIA

Job description

As a CAD Engineer, you will construct parts and products using CAD software, in accordance with the Exterior & Lighting methodology and customer, and in adherence to the deadline for submission of the project.

You will also manage CAD files and exchanges with suppliers and customers.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Design and draw technical solutions (sketches, sections, partial models, global models, overall dimensions, tooling/assembly kinematics).
• Generate the CAD files in accordance with Exterior & Lighting CAD methodology and CAD specifications of both customer and Exterior & Lighting.
• Verify CAD file quality by utilizing specific customer file checkers used by customer tools to check CAD file quality.
• Manage CAD files flow.
• Updates parts attributes in PDM (volume, theoretical weight, projected area, painted area).
• Updates models based on technical feasibility studies.

Profile

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school or university. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).
You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership. You have knowledge in production design and engineering.
You are open-minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career. You are organized and capable of working under specific targets and project deadlines.

Your English is fluent, and another language is a plus.
