Job description

The Country Quality Supplier Professional will support the local team in Slovakia for day-to-day activities. From the supplier selection, follow-up and development of the supplier panel, management of the supplier performance and continuous improvement of the supplier quality methodology in IES division.

Your main responsibilities on the global suppliers will be to link different departments such as tooling, assembly means and metal parts. Your main mission will be to:

• Prepare sourcing committees and quality page to give quality recommendations in sourcing reviews from purchasing.
• Support the TEMPO (supplier portal) maintenance team with upload of audit results and follow-up of action plans with suppliers, update of missing certifications with suppliers.
• Manage supplier development by following-up progress plan with suppliers (on a pre-defined scope of suppliers)
• Support Commodity SDL in case of project non-conformity to gather the costs and solve non-conformity with suppliers.
• Contribute to the improvement of the supplier quality by improving our standards (Axis 1 audit format

Profile

You are a highly motivated young graduate from an engineering school or university with a strong interest for a technical environment, especially in quality or methods engineering. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country).

You are a team player, a self-learner and have good organizational and time management skills. You have good Excel skills and knowledge in the production process is a plus.

You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn and work in a team, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.

A first experience or internship in the automotive sector can be a plus.

Your English is fluent, and another language is a plus
