The role of Engineering Project Manager is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering projects from development to production launch.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project execution.
- Act as the main engineering contact for customers and lead technical discussions.
- Ensure product designs meet manufacturing, quality, timing and cost requirements.
- Support technical decision-making and recommend optimal solutions.
- Manage project timing, budget, resources and engineering changes.
- Oversee tooling development, prototype builds, validation activities and launch support.
Requirements:
- Univesrity degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in project management within automotive or another manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to coordinate teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Fluent English required, German is an advantage.
