The role of Financial Controller is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage site controlling activities for the Lozorno plant, with a focus on OPEX and CAPEX
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, including energy, maintenance, and other operational expenses
  • Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
  • Support month-end closing and monitor variances against budget and forecast
  • Manage CAPEX planning and depreciation forecasting based on SAP data
  • Upload financial data and perform intercompany reconciliations in HFM
  • Support fixed asset inventory processes and serve as backup for the second Site Controller

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or audit
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of budgeting and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP and HFM experience are an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  • Good communication skills and business partnering mindset
  • Fluent English and Slovak
