The role of HR Generalist is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Support
    • Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of HR tasks in collaboration with department heads
    • Act as a business partner to department managers, providing HR guidance and support within the scope of responsibility
    • Support shift leaders and shop floor leaders in HR-related matters
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Create job requests aligned with identified business needs
    • Manage sourcing and staffing activities, including external recruitment and internal mobility
    • Develop and implement induction plans in accordance with divisional and local guidelines
    • Monitor the efficiency of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Training & Development
    • Launch and coordinate training initiatives based on site training priorities
    • Record and assess training activities to ensure alignment with development goals
  • Employee Engagement & Communication
    • Support the HR Manager in measuring employee engagement through surveys, KPIs, and other tools
    • Initiate and implement actions to foster a positive and engaging work environment
    • Contribute to the deployment of internal communication initiatives
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Participate in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes, procedures, and tools aimed at recruiting, retaining, and motivating employees

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
