The role of HR Generalist is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia.
Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Support
- Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of HR tasks in collaboration with department heads
- Act as a business partner to department managers, providing HR guidance and support within the scope of responsibility
- Support shift leaders and shop floor leaders in HR-related matters
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Create job requests aligned with identified business needs
- Manage sourcing and staffing activities, including external recruitment and internal mobility
- Develop and implement induction plans in accordance with divisional and local guidelines
- Monitor the efficiency of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Training & Development
- Launch and coordinate training initiatives based on site training priorities
- Record and assess training activities to ensure alignment with development goals
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support the HR Manager in measuring employee engagement through surveys, KPIs, and other tools
- Initiate and implement actions to foster a positive and engaging work environment
- Contribute to the deployment of internal communication initiatives
- Continuous Improvement
- Participate in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes, procedures, and tools aimed at recruiting, retaining, and motivating employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
