Injection and Rheology Engineer

The role of Injectin and Rheology Engineer is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia.

 

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the meshing of the parts, in accordance with OPmobility or customer quality criterias
• Define the inputs and hypothesis required to perform the simulations
• Design the injection system by simulating the molding process, with the Injection and Tooling Expert
• Write simulation reports and presents them to the customer (internal and external)
• Participate to the preparation of injection trials
• Participate to the analysis of the moulding results and compare them to the simulations

 

Requirements:

• University degree (technical field, engineering)
• Knowledge of moldflow process and simulations analysis 
• English language – Intermediate (B1)
• Eagerness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development
• Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts
• Logical thinking and understanding of shape, size, relative position of figures in a 3D environment
