The role of Manufacturing Manager - Injection Molding is based in our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Injection Molding department to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.
• Drive production performance in line with quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors, team leaders and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, automotive standards and HSE policies.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Support new product launches and production transfers.
• Manage resources, capacity planning and departmental budgets.
• Maintain high standards of workplace organization, maintenance and process discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve plant objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the automotive industry (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding processes (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience managing production teams and technical specialists.
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience with quality standards and audits (IATF 16949 and/or ISO).
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
• Technical or Engineering degree is an advantage.
• Fluent Slovak/Czech and English.
