As Paint Engineer, you will support development activities linked with development of painting process for new project.

Responsibilities:
• Lead quotation/acquisition phase for paint process
• Lead paint design analysis of new products
• Responsible for the early development phase of project in cooperation with Plant Paint Process, supporting Problem Solving activities and Open points with Plant Paint team
• Lead paint technology topics, in cooperation with other paint groups members
• Ensure consistent knowledge sharing and transfer by leading/participating in paint networks, participating in R&I projects, analyzing the new Customer Standards and implementing in plants 

Requirements:

• Bachelor with experience or Master degree at Technical University
• at least 3 years in paint field or chemistry/polymers/industrial technologies or paint process in automotive industry
• Has already a first experience in project management as project member
• good communication skills in Slovak and English
• stres resistancy and good problem solving skills
