About the Role:
We are looking for a Paint Process Engineer to support the development of innovative painting processes for new automotive projects. This role combines technical expertise with project coordination, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient implementation across our plants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quotation and acquisition phase for paint processes
  • Perform paint design analysis for new products
  • Support early development phases in cooperation with Plant Paint Process teams
  • Drive problem-solving activities and manage open points with plant teams
  • Lead paint technology topics in collaboration with other paint group members
  • Ensure knowledge sharing by participating in paint networks and R&I projects
  • Analyze new customer standards and implement them in plants

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience or Master’s degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Polymers, Industrial Technologies)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paint processes or related fields within the automotive industry
  • First experience in project management as a project member
  • Strong communication skills in English and Slovak
  • Ability to work under pressure and excellent problem-solving skills
