CAE Simulation Engineer

We are currently looking for Simulation Engineer - CAE in our R&D Centre in Lozorno, Slovakia
Responsibilities:
- Ensure simulations and activities comply with SHE and quality requirements
- Estimate and manage simulation budgets (hours and costs) across project phases and align with management
- Define simulation inputs, assumptions, and meshing strategies in line with internal and customer standards
- Perform and validate CAE simulations (static, thermo‑mechanical, vibration, impact, durability) to meet customer specifications
- Prepare simulation reports, present results to internal and external stakeholders, and support test validation
- Analyze test vs. simulation correlations, identify gaps, and propose technical improvements
- Contribute to methodology development, innovation projects, and training of new CAE engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor with experience or Master degree in Engineering
- 3 to 4 years of significant experience in CAE field in direct contact with customer
- Experience and knowledge of FEA software (ABAQUS, PAM CRASH, LS DYNA, HYPERWORKS, ANSA, META)
- Knowledge of plastic material characterization,
- Theory of Finite element, implicit & explicit knowledge
- Analytical & technical spirit; rigour, leadership, accurate technical communication
- Fluent English
- Team and independent working skills
