SITE HR GENERALIST PROFESSIONAL

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Support
    • Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of HR tasks in collaboration with department heads.
    • Act as a business partner to department managers, providing HR guidance and support within the scope of responsibility.
    • Support shift leaders and shop floor leaders in HR-related matters.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Create job requests aligned with identified business needs.
    • Manage sourcing and staffing activities, including external recruitment and internal mobility.
    • Develop and implement induction plans in accordance with divisional and local guidelines.
    • Monitor the efficiency of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Training & Development
    • Launch and coordinate training initiatives based on site training priorities.
    • Record and assess training activities to ensure alignment with development goals.
  • Employee Engagement & Communication
    • Support the HR Manager in measuring employee engagement through surveys, KPIs, and other tools.
    • Initiate and implement actions to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
    • Contribute to the deployment of internal communication initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Participate in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes, procedures, and tools aimed at recruiting, retaining, and motivating employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
