SITE MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE MANAGER

Mission 

  • Maximize plant performance and profitability through implementation on current productions and future programs with the relevant lean manufacturing best practices.
  • As process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management  (process review, KPIs management, procedure periodic review and update, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed and resources provision for process realization) taking into consideration relevant requirements and its evolution
  • At Plant level, provide Lean manufacturing expertise and coaching (HSE, Quality, Supply Chain and Production system) based on lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business targets
  • Ensure that lean manufacturing best practices are considered for acquisitions & development phases to ensure long term sustainable performance for the plant
  • Animate the Lean manufacturing network within his plant as well as participate in the division network

 

Requirements 

  • Master’s degree in business or engineering,
  • Excellent communication skills, Fluent English language knowledge, in written and spoken
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (Production/Supply Chain/Quality), Recommended 3 years of working experience within a production environment

            (e.g. Engineer, Supervisor, Manager level or equivalent), Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPI's within a plant using lean principles, Previous plant launch experience and previous management experience is a plus

  • Problem Solving / Waste Elimination / 5S / Kaizen / Standard Work / Visual Management / SMED / Productivity methodologies / Lean Principles / Material Flow
  • Network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills, ability to train and coach within all levels of the plant, continuous improvement mindset,
  • Ability to master change, understand basic P&L and operational levers, problem Diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans, commitment to the highest ethical standards
