Mission:

Collaborates with the Purchasing Department in the support and launch of new products meeting customer requirements and assists Purchasers in the implementation of projects. Activities take place in a constantly changing environment, with time constraints.

• Activity 1: 

Assist Buyers in the establishment and analysis of requests for quotation (RFQ) from approved suppliers and corresponding to the production and pre-production needs of Inergy (components, materials and tools).

• Activity 2 :

Compile data analyzes and participate in negotiations with suppliers on prices, delivery times and payment terms for all program-related purchases, in collaboration with the line manager or the Buyers.

Support purchasing decisions made jointly with buyers, taking into account suggestions from other Company stakeholders as appropriate.

• Activity 3 : 

Support Buyers in their collaboration with the legal department in order to ensure the legal validity of contractual relations between OPmobility BG and its supplier base, within the framework of its responsibilities.

• Activity 4 : 

Issue price lists & purchase orders for all pre-production and production needs (components, materials and tooling) and prepare designation documents, contracts or any other required documents.

Establish, update and publish the documents required by the purchasing procedures in force

• Activity 5 :

Work with Buyers and Suppliers, program teams and factories to achieve cost reductions.

• Activity 6:

Coordinate supplier price changes, prototype part scheduling, tooling scheduling, stock rotation issues, cost reductions, engineering changes and meetings / activities with key suppliers. 

• Activity 7:

Participate in program planning meetings and progress meetings, as required.

Participate in continuous improvement and corrective actions, if necessary.

Prepare correspondence for internal and external communication. 

Support other positions in the service and special projects as required.

• Activity 8: Ingoal Key User.

1 - Be the direct contact for end users:

Provides support to users in its functional area,

Train end users,

Maintains local reference documentation up to date.

2 - Be the guarantor of the processes and the continuous improvement of the system:

Ensures that INGOAL management processes and rules are applied,

Defines the improvement actions in the progress plan,

Coordinate his actions with the other Key Users of his plant / entity,

Participate in the functional network of Key Users. 

Personal Background 

BTS level

Oral and written communication skills in a professional environment (English required).

Job Technical skills 

Good knowledge of the main purchasing practices, procedures and policies.

Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to use the Intranet and Internet, and to use MFG PRO.

Ability to manage time and prioritize

Ability to collect, update and analyze data.

Skills to solve problems and find corrective actions

Ability to maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
