CFD and Thermal Simulation Engineer

The role of CFD and Thermal Simulation Engineer is to support the development of automotive power products by delivering high-quality thermal and fluid simulations to improve design, performance and reliability.
This role is based in our C-Power Business Group in Lublin, Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CFD and thermal simulation studies to support product development (thermal management, cooling, electro-thermal).
- Deliver clear analysis results and recommendations to project teams and technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of simulation methodologies, including correlation with test results.
- Act as a technical interface with internal teams and OEM customers.
- Ensure simulations meet quality, cost and timing objectives.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fluid Mechanics
- Good knowledge of fluid and thermal engineering
- Strong knowledge of numerical simulation (3D and 0D/1D) – must-have
- Hands-on experience with CFD tools (e.g. Star CCM+, AVL Fire, Amesim)
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering / batteries is an asset
- Knowledge of material behavior is a plus
- Automotive experience is a plus
- Fluent English and ability to present technical results
- Exposure to methodology development or automation is a plus
