The role of Calibration Engineer will be based in our location in Lublin, Poland
Responsibilities
- Analyze system performance (software, hardware, mechanics).
- Plan and execute tuning and validation activities.
- Conduct lab tests and support on-vehicle testing (including test trips).
- Ensure requirements are fully covered and traceable.
- Prepare clear reports with test and validation results.
- Identify and document system issues (CAR reports).
- Manage calibration data and documentation.
- Support system launches and troubleshoots issues on-site.
- Maintain tuning guidelines and validation methods.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Profile
- Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Physics, Energy, or related field.
- ~3 years of experience in testing or mechatronics.
- Strong understanding of system analysis and validation.
- Basic knowledge of coding and Model-Based Design (MBD).
- Autonomous, analytical, and solution oriented.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with MathWorks tools (MATLAB & Simulink) is advantage.
- Experience with Vector tools (CANape & vCDM Studio) is advantage.
