Calibration Engineer

The role of Calibration Engineer will be based in our location in Lublin, Poland

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Analyze system performance (software, hardware, mechanics).
  • Plan and execute tuning and validation activities.
  • Conduct lab tests and support on-vehicle testing (including test trips).
  • Ensure requirements are fully covered and traceable.
  • Prepare clear reports with test and validation results.
  • Identify and document system issues (CAR reports).
  • Manage calibration data and documentation.
  • Support system launches and troubleshoots issues on-site.
  • Maintain tuning guidelines and validation methods.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

 

Profile

 

  • Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Physics, Energy, or related field.
  • ~3 years of experience in testing or mechatronics.
  • Strong understanding of system analysis and validation.
  • Basic knowledge of coding and Model-Based Design (MBD).
  • Autonomous, analytical, and solution oriented.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with MathWorks tools (MATLAB & Simulink) is advantage.
  • Experience with Vector tools (CANape & vCDM Studio) is advantage.
