Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of components such as sensors, actuators and other electro-mechanical devices.
- Evaluate new technologies and identify the best suppliers to support future product development.
- Define product requirements and ensure components meet performance, quality and reliability expectations.
- Coordinate testing activities and verify that new solutions work effectively within the final product and work closely with suppliers.
- Support the introduction of new components from concept phase through industrialization and serial production.
- Identify technical risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the development process.
- Contribute to innovation projects and help bring new technologies into the organization.
- Ensure successful knowledge transfer between development and production teams.
Profile:
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in product development, engineering or R&D within the automotive or industrial sector.
- Knowledge of sensors, actuators, electro-mechanical products or similar technologies.
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of product testing, validation and industrialization processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
