The role of Control System Application Engineer will be based in our location in Lublin, Poland
Responsibilities
- Define and manage E/E system architecture and technical specifications based on customer requirements
- Lead controlled system scope within product development and ensure requirement traceability
- Coordinate design validation and product validation activities for all system components
- Monitor development progress, costs, risks, and ensure regular reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with standards, safety requirements, and diagnostics definitions
- Act as technical interface with customers and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement, requirement management, and system documentation delivery
Profile
- ~6 years of experience in automotive E/E systems or embedded systems
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar field
- Strong experience with system architecture and ECU development
- Knowledge in software (MATLAB Simulink)
- Knowledge of diagnostics (OBD) and functional safety standards
- Experience with tools such as CANalyzer, CANape or similar
- Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English.
