Responsibilities:
- Conduct the development of controlled systems architecture for advanced automotive applications, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and product strategy.
- Own the definition of system-level technical requirements and drive their deployment across electronic and mechatronic components.
- Coordinate the development, integration, and validation of controlled system functions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure system performance, safety, quality and compliance requirements are achieved through close collaboration with engineering, project and customer teams.
- Drive technical decision-making, risk assessment, and issue resolution to support successful project execution.
- Ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across engineering activities
- Act as a technical interface towards customers, providing expertise and leadership on system architecture and application topics.
Profile:
- Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems or related engineering discipline.
- Significant experience in automotive electronics, controlled systems, embedded systems, or electronic control units (ECUs).
- Strong understanding of system architecture, system integration and product development processes.
- Experience translating customer requirements into technical solutions and guiding their implementation.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex technical activities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
- Fluent English.
