The role of Hardware Designer will be based in our location in Lublin, Poland
Responsibilities:
- Specify hardware electronic architecture aligned with system requirements for ECU.
- Lead supplier benchmarking and technology scouting for electronic solutions
- Plan and execute hardware integration and validation (component & system level)
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and industrialization requirements
- Analyze validation results to confirm system performance
- Support innovation activities, including PoC and new product launches
- Drive supplier performance, ECU development and contributing to continuous improvement
- Monitor anomalies found during ECU validation (hardware and software).
Profile:
- Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
- Experience in hardware design within automotive or mechatronic systems
- Strong knowledge of ECU, system integration, and validation
- Familiarity with automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IATF)
- Understanding of diagnostics and control systems is a plus
- Fluent in English (French or German is a plus)
- Leadership mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
