Mission:
The IMS Manager is (i) responsible for identifying the risks and the non-compliances relative to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment in the Plants and Technical Centers of the Region, and (ii) supports the Operations with the adoption of the systems, tools, metrics and best practices defined within the Business Group.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility 1: Responsible for the Integrated Management System (IMS) at Regional Level
- Support the region in the use of Process Approach and Risk Based Thinking Approach as a management tools to formalize Interested Parties expectations (e.g. MR, RPP, digital process matrix)
- Improve quality system management by proposing improved methods and tools, and by using locations feedbacks and certification results
- Report the results of processes management, certifications and audits
- Organize training and coaching as necessary to assure quality systems knowledge and deployment (e.g. new locations)
- Lead the management of Controlled documents. Coordinate with all Document controllers for all IMS related documents
Responsibility 2: Quality compliance
- Manage Internal audits process (CQA, LPA) to provide independent assurance that the organization’s risk management, compliance and internal control process are operating effectively according to Clean Energy Systems internal rules and external standards.
- Manage internal and external audits (IATF)
- Coordinate yearly planning, questionnaire, tools, training, report to management
- Assure contact with External Certification Body
Responsibility 3: Knowledge management and expertise in the Quality community
- Survey and promote the Customer Specific Requirements within the region
- Maintain the list of key users and list of the trainers
- Management of Quality training materials and facilitate the trainings with the region
In coordination with the TC and the manufacturing sites, ensure the Customer Specific Requirements are surveyed, update the training materials and promote the awareness within the region
Profile:
- Proficient with computers/required software (database, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, presentations)
- Ability to lead and manage Quality & Safety audits
- Ability to perform training and deploy IMS to all
- Problem solving analysis skills
- Proficient in Quality tools and CSR
- 30% of time Travel required
- Basic ability to navigate Internet and Intranet software packages.
- Ability to maintain working relationships with internal and external customers
- Must be flexible, dependable and creative
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to manage time, determine priorities and work in multicultural environment
- Language : English + Local language
- Technical skill : blow molding, and/or fuel system and/or electronics
- BS in an Engineering or Technical field, or significant relevant experience (minimum 10 years)
- Minimum 7 years automotive experience required
- Minimum 5 years quality or EHS experience
