We are seeking a proactive and strategic Indirect Buyer to join our procurement team. This role involves managing indirect purchasing categories, developing supplier relationships, and supporting both local and central procurement initiatives. If you are detail-oriented, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement – we’d love to meet you.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and implement purchasing strategies for assigned indirect commodities
- Manage supplier panels, performance, and contract negotiations
- Act as the main point of contact between suppliers and the organization
- Lead local RFQ processes and ensure compliance with agreements
- Support central purchasing teams by sharing insights and applying group strategies
- Monitor market trends and promote innovative supplier solutions
- Ensure compliance with purchasing processes and quality standards (ISO9001, IATF16949)
- Report purchasing performance and contribute to budgeting and forecasting
Our requirements:
- Experience in indirect procurement or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Analytical thinking and ability to work cross-functionally
