We are seeking a proactive and strategic Indirect Buyer to join our procurement team. This role involves managing indirect purchasing categories, developing supplier relationships, and supporting both local and central procurement initiatives. Your responsibilities:

• Define and implement purchasing strategies for assigned indirect commodities
• Manage supplier panels, performance, and contract negotiations
• Act as the main point of contact between suppliers and the organization
• Lead local RFQ processes and ensure compliance with agreements
• Support central purchasing teams by sharing insights and applying group strategies
• Monitor market trends and promote innovative supplier solutions
• Ensure compliance with purchasing processes and quality standards (ISO9001, IATF16949)
• Report purchasing performance and contribute to budgeting and forecasting

Our requirements:

• Experience in indirect procurement or a similar role
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
• Familiarity with ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Analytical thinking and ability to work cross-functionally
