The role of Industrial Engineer is based in our C-Power Business Group in Lublin, Poland. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Defining industrial breakdowns and planning in coordination with project stakeholders; validating budgets and schedules; monitoring industrial milestones 

  • Analyzing customer specifications and proposing compliant production processes 

  • Leading Process FMEA, risk assessments, validation plans, and manufacturability studies; overseeing equipment specification, supplier selection, and prototype testing 

  • Coordinating launch of production equipment and ensuring Run@Rate readiness 

  • Organizing transfer to plant representatives and support during ramp-up 

  • Documenting and leading industrial lessons learned 

  • Leading the extended industrial team (plants, purchasing, quality, logistics) 

  • Ensuring resource planning and project mobilization 

  • Reporting, tracking risks, actions, and continuous improvement initiatives 

 

Requirements: 

  • University degree in engineering or industrial management 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or industrialization 

  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 

  • Proven experience in process development, validation, and equipment launch 

  • English – fluent (B2 or higher), other languages are a plus 

  • Hands-on knowledge of Process FMEA, ergonomics, safety standards, and customer-specific requirements 

  • Excellent communication, project planning, and problem-solving skills 

  • Willingness to travel to production sites and suppliers (~30%)
