The role of Quality Project Engineer is based in our C-Power Business Group in Lublin, Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate quality activities within the project and extended teams
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR)
• Prepare and submit PPAP documentation
• Define and maintain control plans and measurement devices
• Lead FMEA and quality risk analysis
• Handle complaints, non-conformities, and deviations
• Apply problem-solving tools (8D, root cause analysis)
• Support audits and corrective action plans
• Ensure delivery of APQP milestones
• Train teams on quality tools and methodology

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or materials Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of automotive experience
• Solid knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001
• Experience with quality tools: FMEA, APQP, SPC, DOE
• Strong understanding of GD&T and metrology
• Ability to manage risks and stop production when needed
• Fluent in English (+ German is a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 60 % of time (depending on project phase)
