We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Material Compliance & IMDS Specialist to manage IMDS submissions, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. If you have experience in automotive quality standards, substance management, and data analysis – we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage IMDS submissions for internal and external components in line with PPAP schedules
• Monitor regulatory changes and update IMDS data accordingly
• Support Purchasing in conflict mineral reporting and supplier coordination
• Ensure application of methodologies, tools, and quality standards (IATF16949, ISO9001)
• Improve IMDS processes and tools, and support warranty data analysis
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across CES Division
• Provide technical input for audits, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Materials Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, DFMEA, and problem-solving methods
• Advanced English (German is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, team spirit, and customer orientation
• Ability to prioritize, persuade, and communicate effectively
