JOB SUMMARY

  • Support HR Manager to implement HR policy and HR tasks, monitor all activities is compliance with Company HR Policy.

Main Mission

  • HRM: HR record management/ HR report, MIS etc.
  • Recruitment: Be responsible for whole cycle of cadre and non-cadre recruiting activities, include select resume, conduct interview, body check, send offer and on board transaction as per positive TAT (Turn around time) from hiring till onboarding program.
  • Training and development: Draft year training plan, conduct, monitor  training courses and prepare assessment;  able to lead T&D process.
  • DOJO L1 training as per DOJO procedure and its end to end documentation and training record
  • C&B: Salary calculation for all employees in each month, social insurance and housing fund management as well as supplementary medical insurance
  • Performance Management: Probation period management/ Performance appraisal in shop floor / conduct quarterly, yearly appraisal 
  • Relation and communication: Conduct and follow action plan for monthly employee communication meeting                                            
  • Other special activities assigned by HR Manager
  • Conduct Safety TSV Audit on time and ensure closure of all open points
  • Conduct 5S Audit in every office area of plant on time and ensure closure of all open points
  • Diversity & Inclusion, promote female hiring in plant and ensure the availability of numbers of female employees as per decided targets
  • Conduct happiness survey (Pulse) and other HR survey as required in specified manner
  • QMS Audits and HR Audits, ensure for 0 NCs in any of the Audit
  • Statutory compliance, ensure to providing required data to consultant for updating the compliance record. Responsible for POSH act directions end to end implementation.
  • Payroll management, ensure 100% updation of all employee’s attendance record in LMS and end to end process for salary processing as per third party portal cut off pay date.
  • Adhere the 100% execution of engagement calendar
  • Suggestion / Idea implementation as per decided targets
  • Successfully completion of decided Projects & improvement projects as set in KPIs
  • HR Awards, obtain 1 HR external award 
  • HR committee, ensure to adhere the monthly different committee’s meetings, MOM, and its points closure.
  • Handling the employee’s grievance amicably and ensure the great working environment
  • Implement the Global communication
  • Employee engagement for all employees including shop floor
  • Ensure smooth functioning of Plant General Administrations (security/Housekeeping/Canteen/Transport/etc)
