Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and its analysis.
- Support the development and monitoring of plant budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and other departments to align financial goals.

Monitor, analyze, and support cost‑control initiatives, identifying savings opportunities and driving cost efficiency across the plant.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and capital expenditure tracking.
- Assist in financial audits and implement process improvements based on findings.
- Maintain and enhance ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Work closely with the Site Controller and the finance team to ensure strong execution of responsibilities, team engagement, and ongoing motivation.
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, cost accounting, and budgeting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English
