Main Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and its analysis.
  • Support the development and monitoring of plant budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and other departments to align financial goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and support cost‑control initiatives, identifying savings opportunities and driving cost efficiency across the plant.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and capital expenditure tracking.
  • Assist in financial audits and implement process improvements based on findings.
  • Maintain and enhance ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Work closely with the Site Controller and the finance team to ensure strong execution of responsibilities, team engagement, and ongoing motivation.

 

Profile Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a financial or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting, cost accounting, and budgeting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English
