Main missions:
Coordinate and manage all pre-series build activities to ensure readiness for production launch
Ensure alignment between engineering, production, quality, and supply chain during build phases
Support successful industrialization by identifying risks, tracking issues, and driving corrective actions

Responsibilities:

1.0 Build Planning & Preparation

Develop and coordinate pre-series build plans (prototype, PV, pre-production runs)
Ensure availability of materials, equipment, manpower, and documentation prior to builds
Align with project timelines and production planning

2.0 Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate all involved functions (engineering, production, quality, logistics) for build execution
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on objectives, timing, and deliverables
Facilitate communication and escalation of risks

3.0 Build Execution Support

Be present during pre-series builds to monitor execution and support teams
Ensure compliance with defined processes and build instructions
Coordinate rapid response to issues encountered during builds

4.0 Issue Tracking & Problem Solving

Collect, track, and prioritize issues identified during builds
Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions with relevant teams
Ensure closure of issues before next build phase or SOP

5.0 Reporting & Follow-Up

Provide regular reporting on build status, KPIs, and open risks
Maintain visibility of critical gaps impacting launch readiness
Support management and project reviews with accurate data

6.0 Continuous Improvement & Launch Readiness

Capitalize lessons learned from builds to improve processes
Support manufacturing convergence and readiness for SOP
Contribute to achieving “green launch” objectives

Desired Profile:

Understanding of pre-series / launch phases (prototypes, PV builds, pre-series runs)
Knowledge of APQP, build readiness, and industrial validation processes
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (assembly, injection, paint, etc.)
Ability to coordinate cross-functional build activities
KPI tracking (build performance, defects, readiness status)
Basic understanding of quality tools (control plan, FMEA, problem-solving)
