Competences requirements

• Knowledge / Qualification

• Bachelor with experience or Master degree or Engineering degree
• Chemical Engineering knowledge

• Previous Experience (If relevant)

• 3 to 5 years´ experience in paint, vacuum metallization and/or different coating processes
• Have participated in project organization

• Key technical competencies

•  Problem solving skills, PDCA management
• Office Series proficiency (Word, Excel, PPT)

• Key behavioral competencies

•  Good communication, Independent, proactive.

• Other requirements

• Fluent english (spoken, written)

Missions

• Main Missions

• Leads Decoration process development activities achieving expected quality levels (vs OEM´s specs) at committed cost as per AVP
• Coordinates a cross-functional team (plant, process setting, laboratory, supplier(s), customer…)
•  Ensures decoration processes are stable in terms of quality
• Follows-up and ensures conformity of decoration toolings and consumables (coatings, fixtures, specific means)

• KPI and/or main deliverables

•  MCI (Manufacturing Convergence Indicator)
• Process Parameters
• TDR´s, feasibility reports
• Means Specifications (metalization & coating)

Activities

0.0 Safety

• • Respects and follow safety rules (Plants, business trip, Personal protective Equipment)

1.0 Customer project development

• • Receive and analyze RFQ package for new quotations.
  • Perform design analysis and redact TDR for product design validation.
  • Defines best industrial process to put in place to achieve customer expected quality.
  • Answer to project requests and define at the beginning of the project parts Quality Zoning commitment.
  • Manages technical relationships with raw material suppliers (coatings, masking).
  • Follows up jigs development from CAD design to final acceptance on site.
  • Proposes and coordinates specific means realization.
  • Plans, organizes and assists to initial samples realization.
  • Coordinates the global quality of decorated product.
  • Fills the “plant process information” data
  • Proposes to the plant continuous improvement plan

2.0 Productivity – Optimization

• • Manages / takes part to productivity projects (on plant request)
  • Manages / participates in division assessments for métier continuous improvement
