MES/Traceability Specialist

• The MES/Traceability Specialist is a member of the OP Mobility Lighting Manufacturing & Engineering team.
• He/she have leadership role inside is perimeter.
• He/she supports manufacturing centers in traceability activities for machinery and equipment.
• Effectively, independently, and responsibly cooperates with internal partners, shares information, respects health and safety rules at work, and follows the instructions of their supervisor.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and control all activities functional & hierarchical inside the perimeter.
• Participation in the creation and implementation of new production systems.
• He/she is responsible to ensure the right implementation and analysis of MES/Traceability system in term of software requirements.
• Manage internal production traceability constraints and deviations
• Manage remote work in traceability system
• MES Management
• Manage improvement activities with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Traceability system changes management and implementation
• Propose and manage internal improvements.
• Creating production flows, applying lean manufacturing principles in the system.
• KPIs Monitoring, Control Performance, Follow-Up & Reporting.

PDCA, Monitoring & Visual Management.

• Technical Baccalaureate Degree preferred or equivalent.

Industrial Engineer Degree or equivalent

• 1-2 Years experiences in Automotive Manufacturing:
• Methods Manufacturing and Standardization.
• Quality Insurance.
• Having basic knowledge of information systems
• PLC programming - recommended
• Knowledge of production systems
• Knowledge of physical and computer flow modeling

• Basic knowledge of the different manufacturing processes
• Knowledges on automotive assembly process
• Problems solving
• Planning & Prevention.
