Quality Methods Leader

  • Ensure compliance with company systems and operational standards, including IATF 16949, VDA, ISO 14001, ISO, and other customer-specific requirements, while contributing to continuous system improvement
  • Act as the main quality interface with OEM customers, ensuring clear communication, strong relationship management, and alignment with customer-specific requirements
  • Manage and follow up on customer claims and first quality issues, ensuring rapid analysis, corrective actions, and proper communication with internal teams and the customer
  • Support the implementation and communication of the quality policy and departmental quality objectives, ensuring employees are aligned with procedures, customer expectations, and internal standards
  • Plan and implement minimum control methods and criteria for products delivered to customers and for processes and inputs used in product realization, considering cost, existing test methods, procedures, process structures, product reliability, and compliance with customer specifications
  • Collaborate closely with Trade teams, Project departments, and Customer Representatives to ensure effective quality planning, monitor its effectiveness, and revise it when necessary
  • Monitor and report customer feedback and complaints related to product performance to relevant departments and actively participate in initiatives aimed at reducing customer complaints and internal/external quality costs 
  • Monitor and assure fulfillment and compliance with Customer Specific Requirements 
  • Review, revise, and create quality instructions and procedures when necessary to ensure product performance and life-cycle test requirements are met and to prevent recurrence of customer issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to strengthening quality management systems and operational processes
  • Manage warranty-related topics by analyzing field returns and warranty claims, coordinating corrective actions with internal teams, and supporting initiatives to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction
