Mission 

Deliver against performance ambitions & KPIs. 
Manage with Excellence short term planning & execution activities for road freight domestic & international, sea freight and air freight. 

 

Main Activities 

Executes daily transportation activities, manages shipments, resolves issues, ensures compliance with schedules, monitors milestones. 

Improvement in on-time delivery, cost, cash/stock, CO2 and all other Performance indicators of the 360 degrees-performance dashboards 

 

Core Skills 

Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), knowledge of transportation, shipment tracking, and INCOTERMS. 
Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, knowledge of transportation regulations. 

 

Education 

On-the-job training, knowledge of logistics processes, certifications in transportation management software. 

3-5 years' experience in Automotive Control Towers (shipper and /or 4PL) with successful track record of hands-on physical transport operations
