SITE MANUFACTURING BLOW MOLDING MANAGER - APU

Develops and implements injection manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations and plant objectives ensuring optimum performance 

Implements continuous improvement plans and activities to maximise the efficiency and development of the Injection Moulding process.

As a process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management(process review, KPIs management, procedure review, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed & resources provision for process realization)taking into consideration relevant requirements & its evolution.

Leading daily production meetings, adjusting the resources according to the changes, implementing and making sure the efficiency of corrective actions. 

Providing appropriate support on new programs development in relation with Program development team.

Lead injection molding operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and performance targets in a JIT automotive environment.

Manage and develop a large injection organization.

Ensure compliance with Corporate and Business Group HSE and energy requirements.

Drive disciplined daily management routines, KPI reviews, and structured problem-solving to ensure KPI convergence.
Guarantee production output meets customer specifications, including high standards for visual and cosmetic parts.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives across injection molding processes, equipment performance, and standard work.
Act as IMS process owner for the injection area, including KPIs, procedures, audits, and corrective actions.

Manage short- and mid-term production planning, capacity, and support new product and program launches.

Oversee operating budgets and contribute to industrial feasibility and cost optimization for new programs.
