Main missions:
    Develops and implements Plant manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements, customer expectations and site objectives ensuring optimum performance against IPIs.
    Coaches and develops managers and supervisors, to ensure maximum efficiency in departments and on shifts. 
    Implements continuous improvement plans and activities to maximise the efficiency and development of the plant’s workflow process.
    As process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management (process review, KPIs management, procedure periodic review and update, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed and resources provision for process realization) taking into consideration relevant requirements and its evolution

 

Responsibilities:
•    Ensures compliance with Corporate and Division HSE objectives and requirements.
•    Ensures parts are produced according to customer specifications and requirements.
•    Lead and take part in the implementation of the plant progress plan encouraging staff involvement, through the implementation of specific follow-up activities.
•    Leads a daily plant production meeting, adjust the resources according to the changes, implements and makes sure of the efficiency of the corrective actions.
•    Participates in the monthly meetings of all production units, defines the plans for short and medium term organization including new product launch.
•    Manages the team (organization, objectives, discipline and mindset, people development) according to department and projects requirements.
•    Is required to maintain a high level of maintenance and cleanliness in all production areas.
•    Proposes the operating budget and then deliver the agreed budget.
•    Provides appropriate support on new programs development in relation with Program development team.
•    Ensure the implementation, maintenance and effective operation of the IMS, ensures that the requirements of this system are communicated, followed, maintained in their Department. 
•    This position has the authority and responsibility to stop any process that endangers the safety or health of personnel, significant impacts on the environment, as well as the quality of the product that affect our customers, ensuring that the corresponding procedures are followed within the IMS. 
•    Responsible for the assurance of actions for the prevention of fires and environmental impacts through the IMS, have a Coordination role as part of crisis management team.

 

Desired Profile:
Engineering Degree level education. 
Industrial or Mechanical Engineer  would be a plus
Knowledge of quality, supply chain/flows management best practices.
Good command of English.

Experience: minimum 5 years.

Fields of experience: Industry with demanding customers regarding quality and delivery; Sequenced in-line supply/Just in-time supply (SILS/JIT); Large production equipment management (production programs, standard operating procedures creation, process improvements, process failures analysis); Lean manufacturing.

Previous experience in:  Automotive industry; Paint plastics components will be a plus.
Computer skills.
Internal and external customer orientated, delivers results, problem solving, time management, demonstrate strong leadership with good communication skills to lead a team with multiple levels, developing team spirit, motivation and commitment.
