Supply Chain Data Analyst

Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor Supply Chain data to identify operational issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support daily SAP transactions and troubleshoot system-related issues across Supply Chain planning processes.
- Investigate and resolve IDOC errors to ensure accurate and timely data integration between systems.
- Manage and support COGI transactions, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support inventory management, production planning, logistics, and order fulfillment activities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Support and optimize business processes within SAP, primarily in the MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide visibility into Supply Chain performance and support decision-making.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Production Planning, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP, specifically within MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Practical experience with IDOC monitoring and resolution and COGI transaction management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
