Main Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for administrative employees, including managers, engineers, and professional staff, driving talent management initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate key talent management processes, including Performance and Development Reviews, Talent Planning, Succession Planning, Talent Calibration, and Leadership Development initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, strengthen organizational capabilities, and develop high-potential employees and future leaders.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee development, retention strategies, labor relations, and employee relations matters.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to manage complex employee relations matters and organizational changes, including performance improvement processes, corrective actions, terminations, and workforce planning activities, while minimizing organizational risk and maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Analyze talent and workforce data, provide actionable insights, and support organizational decision-making through HR metrics and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, development plans, talent reviews, and HR systems data.
  • Collaborate with regional HR and Talent Acquisition teams to implement talent strategies, workforce planning activities, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, learning, and development programs that support a high-performance culture.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement HR processes that enhance employee experience and business performance.

 

Required Profile

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within manufacturing or automotive environments.
  • Advanced Business English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in Talent Management processes, including Performance and Development Reviews, Talent Planning and Succession Planning, Talent Calibration, Leadership Development, Workforce Planning.
  • Proven experience managing and advising on Labor Relations and Employee Relations matters.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, HR policies, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships with leaders across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, talent management systems, and Microsoft Office applications (mainly MS Excel).
