Test Automation Engineer

Business Group:Lighting

Responsabilities:

• Definition of control test system specific for each product (CANOE, Labview, Python) 
• Definition of monitoring testing systém for each product according to customer requirements. Light output, movement, current, voltage, etc. (Camera monitoring, optical fibres, photo diod, microswitches, voltage dataloggers, etc.) 
• Development of new monitoring and controling methods 
• Writing of necessary software for controling and monitoring systems for testing purposes in Python/Labview depending and current solution (CAN, LIN, CANFD, UART, etc.) 
• Building and maintanance of universal testing racks according to laboratory needs. Starting from project documentation, through supplier nomination, rack builds, software programming and then final tuning and bugfixing. 
• Support of test hall team during testing. (Adjustment of test setup, software, etc.) 
• Finishing all tasks in compliance with project timing. 
• Discussion with customer over solution of technical details and requirements for testing of our products. 
• Cooperation with project teams, to find solution for technical problems on projects. 
• Cooperation and information sharing with international OPm team (US, INDIA, EU). Active participation/support on problems solving in all OPm locations. 
• Works on other tasks given by supervisor if not in contradiction with the original job description.     
• During the work, respects all rules given for Health and Safety protection, Fire protection and all internal rules and legislative norms.
