Main Responsibilities

 

  • Coordination and booking of national and local shipments.
  • Coordinate and document all import/export shipments.
  • Coordinate and book expedited shipments (air and ground).
  • Daily update of the transportation excess report.
  • Daily inventory of trucks in the yard, as well as management of drivers in the yard.
  • Compliance and follow-up of DHL and FedEx shipments (domestic and international).
  • Process claims and keep the plant updated on the results.
  • Critical reporting to the Laredo team and the plant in Monterrey.
  • Receive and process transportation invoices.
  • Responsible for meeting specific customer requirements related to logistics.

 

Profile Requirements

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
