Responsibilities :

  • Support new program quotations and implementation in terms of logistics costing and optimal solutions
  • Proposing transportation & packaging requirements for the program and ensure they are implemented before the execution starts
  • Validate go-live readiness across systems, teams, and contingency plans
  • Resolve implementation issues across programs, plants, and TCC.
  • Align internal teams on milestones and execution changes.
  • Track program status and maintain internal communication.
  • Support SOP creation and ensure logistics documentation accuracy.
  • Contribute to risk mitigation planning and execution.
  • Escalate non-compliance with logistics standards and propose fixes

 

Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or equivalent professional experience in automotive industry
  • 5-7  years' experience in Automotive and/or Transportation Management with successful track record in program management

 

Key Technical Competencies

  • Deep understanding of automotive supply chain processes,
  • Experience in projects or program management
  • Experience in logistics costing
  • Deep understanding of OEM Standards, Plant & TCC integration (also TMS related)
  • Proficient in project / program management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheets, Monday.com)
