Talent Acquisition & Campus Specialist

CONTEXT
Acting as an internal recruitment firm, the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) team is our Centre of expertise which covers all Mangers and Engineer recruitments in the company. Its objective is to centralize and manage the topics related to recruitment, campus management and employer branding cross countries.
In this context, you are joining our Talent Acquisition team (Scope GER, AU, TUR, UK, SA) and will manage Talent Acquisition and Campus management with a focus on Germany.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment:
- Recruit diverse and talented candidates.
- Headhunt candidates using different tools.
- Build an external potential candidate pipeline.
- Consolidate needs from all sites.
- Interview, select and present short list of candidates.
- Integrate DE&I strategy into TA tools, processes, and methodologies to ensure TA is playing a pro-active role in driving forward OP's Diversity agenda.
- Participate in continuous improvement of TA model.
Campus management:
- Organize, plan and participate in regional school relation activities and partnerships.
- Identify relevant universities and schools in line with OP strategy with the support of local HR team.
- Build and keep up to date regional talent pipeline.
Employer branding:
- Participate in OPmobility Employer Branding activities.
- Promote OP image on our career site, LinkedIn, and other social media / job boards.
- Develop the employer branding strategy through any relevant and innovative networks/tools.
- Continuous improvement of our communication with external candidates (job offer, acknowledgement of receipt of application, follow up, hiring, rejection…)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Business school, HR Master’s or equivalent.
- 1 year experience (desirable) in HR, Recruitment, Employer Branding, Campus Management, or similar environment.
- Knowledge in sourcing, conducting interviews, assessment, candidate experience.
- Results and customer oriented, proven negotiation skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills, open to multicultural/intercultural environment, team player.
- Professional command of German and English.
- Ability to travel in Germany.
