As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at our Headquarters, you act as a trusted sparring partner for our leadership team and support the organization in its ongoing development. You shape key HR processes, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the quality of our HR standards at the site.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as a key interface to leaders in developing and implementing HR policies
- Work closely with the business through participation in business planning, performance reviews, and operational meetings
- Plan and manage short- and long-term workforce requirements in line with business and budget needs
- Advise leaders on organizational structures and people development
- Analyze roles and organizational needs and adapt job profiles accordingly
- Own and manage the full employee lifecycle
- Adapt job descriptions and skill profiles to local requirements
- Assess learning and development needs (including leadership, soft skills, coaching)
- Steer competency management and performance management processes
- Collaborate closely and constructively with the works council
Your Profile
- University degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a headquarters or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of organizational development, recruiting, compensation systems, and employment law
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with experience partnering with leaders
- High level of initiative, structured working style, and strategic mindset
- Confident handling of HR systems and MS Office
- Business‑fluent German and English
