HR Specialist Central Europe VIE – Munich, DE

Job description

As a HR Specialist, you will be working within the Munich Headquarters in Germany. You will be part of an international team to follow-up on the plant’s missions and objectives as well as the central Europe business unit.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Follow-up on the mapping of the Compensation & Benefit landscape for Germany, Poland and Slovakia (prepare analysis, comparison,etc.)
  • Support on salary surveys sent out in Germany and Slovakia
  • Collect benchmarks to understand the market trends to stay competitive
  • Create proposal for the further development of existing remuneration structures for BUCE
  • Lead the job evaluation process with the support of the HR Managers
  • Support and guide HR representatives in the application of new compensation and benefits procedures as well as grading system to ensure a common understanding of standard Group rules
  • Be the contact point for V.I.E themes for Division HR




You are a highly motivated young graduate from a business school or university with a strong interest for management, especially HR. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country).


You are a team player, a self-learner and have good organizational and time management skills. You have good Microsoft Skills, especially Excel skills and specifically the production process is a plus.


You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn and work in a team, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career. A first experience or internship in the automotive sector can be a plus.


Your English and German are fluent.
