Responsibilities:

• Overall support of the employees at the locations in southern Germany (Munich, Regensburg, Herbrechtingen) in operational matters
• Support of the local payroll preparation
• You take on tasks and small HR projects independently
• Support with collective bargaining and employment law measures
• Support with cooperation with authorities and associations

Requirements:

• You are currently studying business administration, social sciences or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources
• You find human resources topics exciting and interesting
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You also have good knowledge of MS Office applications
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team

Additional information:

• You work 2-3 days a week for 15-20 hours
