Working Student Human Resources (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Support in day-to-day HR operations / overall support of the employees at the locations in southern Germany in operational matters
• You take on tasks and small HR projects independently
• Independent preparation of presentations and reports
• Support with collective bargaining and employment law measures
• Support with cooperation with authorities and associations
   

Requirements:

• You are currently studying business administration, social sciences or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources
• You find human resources topics exciting and interesting
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
   

Additional information:

• You work 2-3 days a week for 15-20 hours
