Job Description:
Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a transversal IT function responsible for defining the overall Information System (IS) strategy and validating major IT solutions within projects.
Acting as a Design Authority, EA ensures that key project architectures align with business needs, data quality, AI principles, integration technologies, infrastructure, and security standards.
EA is structured around five core activities:

Defining architecture standards and principles

Raising awareness through training

Creating documentation templates
-
Mapping the IS landscape and managing the application referential

Following up on architecture governance meetings (Design Authority)
Responsibilities
In direct collaboration with the Chief Enterprise Architect, the intern will contribute to the following tasks (prioritized according to workload and availability):
1. Application Referential Management (High Priority)

Support the convergence and validation of existing data in the application referential
-
Verify application information with relevant stakeholders (application definitions, associated business functions, involved actors, countries, technologies used, etc.)

Clean and adapt existing Excel files to align with a proper data model
-
Prepare for the migration toward a specialized tool for referential management
2. Design Authority Support

Attend Design Authority meetings
-
Follow up on meeting minutes and architecture recommendations
3. IS Macro Mapping
-
Update existing IS macro maps or create new ones
-
Align visual representations with current and target states
4. KPI & Reporting
-
Build Key Performance Indicators related to EA activities and application inventory
-
Develop Excel-based dashboards or define KPIs for future Power BI reports
5. Training Material Enhancement
-
Refine existing training materials
-
Incorporate templates and examples (e.g., guidance on using APIs vs SFTP)
Task priorities will be discussed and adjusted regularly with the Chief Enterprise Architect based on the intern’s availability and progression.
