Job Description
We are looking for a Global IS Operations Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will support the IS Operations team in various daily activities, assist with administrative tasks, and work closely with different departments to ensure smooth operations across the business.
Missions

Support daily activities of the IS Operations Team

Assist with administrative tasks (billing, orders, goods reception, timesheet management)

Interface with Purchasing and Finance Teams

Assist the Operations Director with various administrative activities:

Order management
-
Reception management
-
Team coordination
-
Steering Committee preparation and execution
-

Support management of AMS contracts and related activities
-
Contribute to knowledge management by improving standards and continuous improvement processes

Monitor and report on security & quality KPIs:
-
Lead user satisfaction surveys (NPS), analyze results, and define action plans
-
Define and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with business stakeholders, monitor performance, and take corrective action when necessary

Profil

Education: Master’s degree from an Engineering School or equivalent

Previous Experience: Not applicable (this is an apprenticeship position)
